Abstract
Pervious concrete is one of the most extensively used materials in the concrete industry for stormwater management, pollution control, noise reduction, and sustainable design. From an aesthetic sense, pervious concrete pavement does not look good or function like typical concrete pavement. This study discusses the pervious concrete, its applications, related to geopolymer, motivation for the research work, and defines the objectives based on the literature studies.
