Abstract
3D face reconstruction is a challenging problem and also an important task in the field and within the domain of computer vision and graphics. In the present time, most bulk of facial image data of interest does not come solely from single images but instead from videos, which encompass and contain a wealth of rich dynamic information.3D face shape is widely used in many areas, such as medical care, medical cosmetology, entertainment, and security. And it contributes to other fields such as face alignment, face recognition, and face editing. This paper is a review of 3D face reconstruction from videos.
