Abstract
Social media websites have become an integral part of people's lives in today's digital age. In this project, we developed a social media website using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL. The website allows users to create accounts, log in, and connect with other users. The website's front-end was developed using HTML and CSS to create a visually appealing and user-friendly interface. JavaScript was used to add interactivity and enhance the user experience. The back-end of the website was developed using PHP and MySQL. PHP was used to handle user authentication, data validation, and database operations. MySQL was used to store user information, such as usernames, passwords, and email addresses. The website allows users to create posts, like and comment on posts, and follow other users. Users can also edit their profiles, including their profile picture and bio. The website also features a search bar that allows users to search for other users and posts.
