The implementation of IT has significantly reduced setup costs and equipment requirements. To maximize the potential of technical teams, it is imperative for organizations to prioritize the ongoing development of their technical skills. Utilizing technical competencies, encompassing both hard and leadership skills, can serve as a powerful driver for achieving competitive advantage and business outcomes. Providing employees with the necessary technical skills for their roles is critical for increasing both job satisfaction and productivity. Technology integrates a wide range of components, including skills, knowledge, processes, techniques, and tools, to effectively address human challenges and improve safety and quality of life. In the modern world, technology is integral to powering our communities and enhancing our daily lives.
