Special attention is given to studies that assess the impact of placement enhancement programs on students' career readiness, employability skills, and overall satisfaction with their educational experiences. Additionally, the review explores the varying needs of diverse student populations, considering factors such as gender, ethnicity, and socioeconomic background. The synthesis of findings will contribute to a nuanced understanding of the effectiveness and limitations of different placement enhancement initiatives. Furthermore, the review seeks to identify gaps in the current literature and suggests directions for future research in this evolving field. By consolidating existing knowledge, this systematic literature review aims to provide valuable insights for educators, policymakers, and researchers looking to enhance the design and implementation of placement initiatives, fostering transition for students.
