Through the utilization of natural language processing (NLP) techniques and machine learning algorithms, the chatbot aims to deliver accurate and personalized responses to user queries. The paper outlines the methodology employed in developing the chatbot, including data collection, preprocessing, model training, and evaluation. Furthermore, it discusses the implementation process, challenges encountered, and future directions for improvement.
