The aim of research is to measure the awareness of E-Governance services and identify the determinants influencing the behavioral intention to use E-Governance. The study is based on the UTAUT model (Venkatesh et. al. 2003). The research has used primary and secondary data. The primary data was collected from individuals above 18 years residing in Mumbai Western Suburban region. The data was analyzed using multiple regression and reliability analysis. It was found that there was a limited awareness about E-Governance services. The application of proposed research model would increase citizen participation in E-Governance services.
