TO DEVELOP ANALYTICAL METHOD OF FORCE DEGRADATION OF DESIDUSTAT ON RP-HPLC.

  • A simple and precise reverse phase HPLC method of force degradation was developed and validated for the analysis of desidustat in bulk drug and pharmaceutical formulation as per ICH guidelines. An analytical C18 (150X4.6mm, 5µ) eclipse SDB was used at a flow rate of 1ml/min. The mobile phase was methanol 0.1% orthophosphoric acid (72% :38% v/v). The elution was examined at 235nmand retention time for the desidustat is 5. The method can be successfully employed for the development of analytical method of force degradation of desidustat of RP-HPLC.
