  • Abstract:
  • Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) in the private sector focuses on its practical applications and connection to employee work-life balance. As environmental awareness grows, organizations are integrating sustainability into their operations. GHRM provides a framework for this by aligning HR practices with ecological goals. It also explores strategic implementation methods for GHRM, including developing a comprehensive strategy, integrating ecological considerations into HR functions, and fostering a culture of environmental responsibility. Finally, the study highlights the importance of a balanced approach. It acknowledges the need to consider how GHRM practices can influence employee work-life balance, potentially promoting environmentally conscious behaviour in both work and personal lives. By understanding this connection, organizations can create a more sustainable future through effective GHRM practices.
