  • Globalisation is a “double-edged sword” and, hence, has different impacts, both positive and negative, on all spheres of society. This study is aimed to show the impact of internationalisation and modernisation on income of various genders. This study compares the impact of globalisation on factors like income, health, education and employment on men, women and LGBTQ+ community. It also enuniciates the economic growth and technological development across nations pertaining to genders and its scope in the future. It specially presents an analysis of growth across the LGBTQ+ community and their increased access to education, equality, rights and services. While talking of positives, the paper also encompasses the gender disparities that exist in the need for income equality, health services, education, and employment for all.
