  • Police officers in Bihar, India, encounter significant occupational stress due to challenging work conditions, impacting their mental and physical health. This study examines the primary stressors, their effects, and the coping mechanisms employed by these officers. Utilizing a mixed-methods approach, data were collected from 200 police personnel across various ranks in Bihar. Statistical analyses identified key stress factors and coping strategies, leading to recommendations for effective stress management interventions.
