  • In the context of evolving industrial systems, efficient material tracking is crucial for maintaining operational efficiency. This project presents an RFID-based material tracking system designed to automate inventory management in warehouses, factories, and retail spaces. The system uses NodeMCU as the central controller, paired with an RFID reader to scan unique tags attached to materials, logging their entry and exit times for real-time stock monitoring. A 12V SMPS power supply, stepped down to 5V via a buck converter, ensures stable operation, while an I2C LCD provides on-site visual feedback. Data is transmitted to the ThingSpeak cloud platform using MQTT protocols, enabling remote access to inventory analytics through a web dashboard built with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. By eliminating manual tracking, the system reduces errors, enhances accountability, and optimizes supply chain management. This scalable IoT solution not only improves inventory control but also paves the way for future automation advancements in industrial logistics.
