  • Abstract:
  • In order to better understand how forgiveness and gratitude, two positive psychological traits interact and impact one another in the context of both personal and professional life, this study investigates the correlation between forgiveness and gratitude among working women. Emotional resilience and interpersonal harmony have become essential components of psychological well-being in an increasingly challenging work environment. In positive psychology, qualities like forgiveness and gratitude are commonly mentioned as being linked to prosocial behaviour, emotional resilience, and better mental health outcomes. However, there is still an inadequate amount of empirical study examining how they interact, particularly among working women. By empirically examining the relationship between forgiveness and gratitude in this population, our study seeks to close that gap.
