  • Abstract:
  • The rapid evolution of information and communication technologies has significantly changed the practice of human resource management (HRM), with large-scale adoption of Electronic Human Resource Management (E-HRM) systems. The impact of the effectiveness of E-HRM on organizational performance within the IT sector is examined in this study, focusing on the productivity of employees, cost reduction, decision-making speed, and talent retention. With the use of digital tools in HR activities, organizations seek to enhance operational effectiveness, streamline administrative tasks, and maximize employee experience. A quantitative research design is employed with the use of a standardized questionnaire completed by 220 IT professionals, HR staff, and managers. The data are processed using descriptive and inferential statistical analysis methods, including mean, standard deviation, and hypothesis testing. The findings indicate that E-HRM significantly improves employees' productivity, accelerates HR functions, and reduces operating costs, and therefore it is an essential business performance driver in the IT sector. Nonetheless, certain issues that should be addressed for unlocking the complete potential of E-HRM systems are employees' flexibility towards computerized HR tools and security concerns regarding data. The study provides valuable input for IT firms aiming to optimize their HR practices by digitalization. The findings indicate that successful E-HRM implementation boosts decision-making, motivates employee engagement, and improves overall business agility. Through maximum utilization of HR technology in digital form, organizations are in a position to develop a more agile, data-driven, and employee-centric HR system in the long term, which eventually leads to success in the competitive market.
