  • Construction projects are initiated in complex and dynamic environment resulting in circumstances of high uncertainty and risk, which are compounded by demanding time constraints. Thus, the need of risk analysis is mandatory. Risk analysis is done to identify these risks in a project and manage it accordingly. In this study, risk analysis is defined as technique that aims to identify and estimate risks to personnel and property impacted upon by the project.
