In the present paper an attempt is made to understand the varying degrees of employee engagement at corporate, specifically at IT sectors. The factors which influence employee engagement across organizations are discussed in this study. Employee engagement is an assessment tool which helps in measuring the level of commitment that an individual employee has towards the job and the organization. From this study, the impact of employee engagement on their job performance was identified.
