        abstract = {This experimental study aims to investigate the effectiveness of bitumen emulsion in stabilizing the sub-base layer of road construction. The sub-base layer plays a crucial role in providing structural support and preventing deformation of the road surface. In this research, bitumen emulsion is introduced as a stabilizing agent to enhance the mechanical properties of the sub-base layer.
