  • Abstract:
  • Remote work and hybrid work arrangements, such as working outside of an office setting, are not new concepts that have emerged recently. However, the COVID-19 pandemic has made these practices even more widespread and common. The transition towards remote and hybrid work models has revolutionized the conventional workplace setup, significantly impacting the productivity and well-being of employees. Remote work, with its flexibility and autonomy, has the potential to increase productivity, but it also presents challenges, such as loneliness and blurred boundaries between work and personal life. Hybrid work models aim to strike a balance between remote and in-office work, fostering collaboration and addressing the drawbacks of full-time remote work. The purpose of this paper is to study the complex impact of various work arrangements on employee productivity and well-being, and future use intentions, particularly for those seeking to foster a healthy and productive work environment.
