Two specific initiatives in this area are the Digital Locker and the Academic Bank of Credits (ABC). Both of these systems are important steps in improving the effectiveness, availability, and adaptability of education in India. This interconnection is set to revolutionize the way academic credentials are both administered and utilized. This paper aims at assessing the extent to which India has embraced learner centeredness using the DigiLocker and the ABC.
