BICTEGRAVIR SODIUM ESTIMATION USING SPECTROFLUORIMETRY IN PHARMACEUTICAL DOSAGE FORM

  • Abstract:
  • A simple, economical Spectrofluorometric method was developed for the estimation of Bictegravir sodium at emission wavelength 430 nm with Linearity in range of 2-14 µg/ml. The correlation coefficient value was found 0.999. LOD and LOQ was obtained as 0.28 and 0.84 µg/ml. According to ICH guidelines parameters such as Linearity, accuracy, precision, Limit quantification and Limit detection were validated.
