  • Abstract:
  • The evolving socio-economic landscape has redefined gender roles and expectations within households, especially regarding education and employment. This study explores the attitudes of working women towards educated housewives, examining the nuanced perceptions that reflect both support and subtle biases. Through qualitative analysis, the study uncovers themes of respect for intellectual growth, mixed feelings about financial independence, and the societal impact of non-working yet educated women. By providing a social perspective on these attitudes, the study aims to foster a broader understanding of how working women perceive the value and choices of educated housewives in contemporary society. These insights could inform policy-making, promote mutual respect, and challenge stereotypes within gender discourse.
