  • The dynamics equation for 2R planar manipulator using the Lagrange method. The Lagrange equation of motion provides a systematic approach to obtaining robot dynamics equations. This paper provides an introduction to lagrangian mechanics and the importance of the lagrangian method, a comparison of Newton Euler method and the lagrangian method, steps to be followed to derive an equation of motion, derivation, simulation result, Application of lagrangian in various domains.
