The paper describes a prototype of a portable lower-body exoskeleton that has been designed and fabricated, powered by a system of motors to assist humans in activities such as walking and running by providing energy and additional support for limb movements. It also offers enhanced stability to senior citizens and certain rehabilitation patients by reducing the strain on the knee and ankle joints and helping prevent falls and accidents.
