It also provides actionable strategies for improving employee retention, such as competitive compensation, career development opportunities, and fostering positive work cultures. Furthermore, the project highlights the growing importance of work-life balance, leadership, and employee well-being programs in influencing retention rates. The role of technology in employee engagement and retention is also discussed, along with the need for personalized retention strategies that cater to the diverse needs of the modern workforce. In conclusion, the project emphasizes the importance of adapting retention strategies to meet the changing demands of employees and the business environment.
