  • The shipping industry requires automated solutions to streamline invoice processing, GST tax calculation, and regulatory compliance. This project focuses on developing an intelligent system that automates invoice generation, tax computation by party, and direct invoice upload to government portals. The backend is built using Laravel PHP, with a frontend utilizing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The system ensures real-time invoice creation, automated email dispatch to regulatory authorities, and seamless integration with shipping databases. Key features include GST calculation, data validation, error detection, compliance tracking, and efficient document management. Overcoming API limitations and ensuring secure data transmission are primary challenges. Future enhancements include predictive analytics, multi-platform integration, and AI-driven optimization for compliance and efficiency.
