abstract = {The creation of cutting-edge resources to promote mental health is crucial in a time when awareness of health issues is rising. In order to help users manage their health, this article provides a thorough analysis of a Health Tracker application created with Android Studio. Self-awareness and proactive health management are facilitated by the application's features, which include mood tracking, symptom reporting, tailored insights, and a community support network. The effectiveness of the application was assessed using a mixed-methods approach that included both qualitative user feedback from focus groups and quantitative measures (such as user engagement and mood trends). The effectiveness of digital treatments was demonstrated by the results, which showed notable gains in users' self-reflection and emotional control. The potential of mobile applications to improve health care is highlighted in this research.},
