abstract = {A novel, sensitive, precise and accurate high performance thin-layer chromatographic (HPTLC) method is developed for the determination of Vonoprazan fumerate from tablet dosage form. The separation was performed in thin layer chromatography plate precoated with silica gel G60F254. The mobile phase consists of methanol (100%), detection and quantification was performed with densitometer at 264 nm. Drug retained with the Rf value of 0.180 ±0.013. The suitability of this method for the quantitative determination of the compound is proved by validation in accordance with the requirements laid down by International Conference on Harmonization (ICH). Linearity was found over the concentration range of 800-1600 ng/band with correlation coefficient of 0.9959. Accuracy and precision data were within the acceptable limits. The method was successively applied to tablets containing Vonoprazan fumerate and found to have no interferences from the tablet excipients. The method can be employed in routine quality control of Vonoprazan fumerate tablets.},
