Data was collected through surveys and interviews with a diverse group of grocery shoppers. The findings indicate that product freshness and quality are the most influential factors in shaping positive customer perceptions, followed by reasonable pricing and product variety. The study also highlights a strong correlation between customer perception and repeats purchase behavior.
