abstract = {Low back pain is the most common now a days and 80% of the population affected by it, to a minimum of once in their lifetime. Low back pain is usually nonspecific or mechanical. However, the current literature on modifiable determinants of NP/LBP among office workers in modern workplace environments, where intensive computer use is common, is insufficient. Deep trunk muscles eg. transversus abdominis and multifidus responsible for maintaining the stability of the spine. Exercises are good option to increase muscle strength. According to the latest US Department of Veterans Affairs and US. The author compared the Postural control exercise with the Core stability exercise. The author concluded that PPCE improves pain intensity and disability of the patients, enhances core strengthening and elevates postural control ability. However, PPCE as a novel exercise strategy for CLBP enriches the choices of treatments for clinicians.},
