  • Abstract:
  • Women's participation in any society's financial affairs may be one of the most important factors contributing to the society's proper and sustainable growth. This study focuses on working women in the Delhi-National Capital Region, investigating and analysing their investment behaviour. This study is distinguished by its descriptive nature. The information was gathered using a structured questionnaire that included both closed and open-ended questions. Data collection was conducted using a quantitative and descriptive study strategy. A total of 200 respondents were contacted to obtain the information, and 113 of them provided useful data. Additionally, descriptive and comparative analyses were used to analyse the data. According to the study's findings, women continue to take fewer risks and are less likely to make long-term investments. Furthermore, the study emphasises that most female workers prefer to invest for higher returns. This study will provide future insight into the role of investment for working women, as well as their attitudes towards various aspects.
