  • School management is the backbone of effective education systems. It involves planning, Organizing, leading, and controlling resources to ensure quality learning outcomes. This Paper explores the importance of school management, its challenges, and the role of Technology and leadership in improving efficiency. The study highlights how good Management practices enhance academic achievement, teacher performance, and Student well-being. This research paper aims to examine the current practices of school management and highlight the gaps that hinder smooth functioning in many institutions. Traditional management systems often struggle with issues such as poor coordination, lack of transparency, underutilization of resources, and limited engagement of parents and community members. Furthermore, the rapid changes in educational demands, technological advancements, and the increasing diversity of student needs require school management systems to adopt more structured, modern, and adaptable frameworks. This study emphasizes the importance of combining strong leadership with technology-driven tools to overcome these challenges and build an effective management system. The study adopts a combination of qualitative and quantitative approaches, including a review of existing literature, surveys, and case studies of schools implementing modern management systems. The findings are expected to demonstrate that institutions adopting structured management practices witness significant improvements in student performance, teacher productivity, and overall school efficiency. Moreover, such systems foster inclusivity, accountability.
