Traditional methods of event coordination often involve manual processes that are time consuming, error-prone, an lack transparency. This system addresses these challenges by offering an integrated solution where administrators, event organizers, and students can efficiently manage all aspects of campus events. Key features of the system include event creation and approval workflows, real- time participant registration, automated notifications (email/SMS), and a centralized dashboard for both users and administrators.
