  • This study reviews how contactless technology contributes to better operational efficiency in hotel front office management. It covers the role of digital check-in systems, mobile key access, self-service kiosks, and cashless transactions. Benefits such as reduced crowding, faster service delivery, improved accuracy, and enhanced guest satisfaction are highlighted. Challenges like cost, system downtime, and data security are also discussed, along with future directions for a smarter hospitality experience.
