abstract = {A 47-year-old male presented with symptoms of gout and a raised serum uric acid level of 8.1 mg/dL. After detailed case-taking and constitutional homeopathic treatment focused on the sycotic miasm, the patient showed significant clinical improvement. Follow-up revealed a reduction in serum uric acid to 5.4 mg/dL, without the use of conventional urate-lowering drugs. This case demonstrates the efficacy of individualized homeopathic management in gout through holistic and miasmatic approach.},
