abstract = {Foot corn (Clavus) is a localized hyperkeratotic lesion of the skin caused due to repeated pressure or friction, commonly affecting toes and soles. It presents with pain while walking and tenderness on pressure. This case report highlights the role of individualized homoeopathic remedy in the management of foot corn. A 32-year-old female patient presented with painful corn on the sole of the foot for 2 months. Based on totality of symptoms, Antimonium Crudum was prescribed. Significant improvement was observed in pain and size of corn without surgical intervention.},
