        abstract = {The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) plays a significant role in maintaining and enhancing the quality of higher education institutions in India. This research article examines the contribution of IQAC in Gossaigaon B.Ed. College during the period from 2023 to 2026. The study focuses on the initiatives undertaken by IQAC in academic development, institutional administration, student support, faculty development, infrastructure improvement, community engagement, and quality assurance mechanisms. Data for the study were collected from institutional reports, AQAR documents, official notices, seminar reports, and secondary sources. The findings reveal that IQAC significantly contributed to institutional quality enhancement by organizing seminars, workshops, orientation programmes, student empowerment activities, feedback systems, digital initiatives, and community outreach programmes. The study concludes that IQAC has become an essential instrument for sustaining academic excellence and promoting a culture of continuous improvement in the institution.},
