  • This study aims to examine the sales strategies implemented by a bag manufacturing company and to evaluate the effectiveness of its current inventory control system. In an increasingly competitive manufacturing environment, efficient sales practices and robust inventory management play a crucial role in ensuring profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. The research focuses on identifying the key marketing and distribution approaches adopted by the company to enhance product reach and revenue generation. It also analyses the existing inventory control mechanisms, including stock management practices, reorder systems, and demand forecasting methods, to assess their effectiveness in minimizing stock discrepancies and reducing holding costs. The study adopts a descriptive research approach based on primary and secondary data collected from the organization. The findings are expected to highlight the strengths and limitations of the current sales and inventory systems and provide insights for improving operational efficiency. The study concludes with suitable suggestions to enhance sales performance and strengthen inventory control practices, thereby supporting better decision-making and sustainable business growth in the bag manufacturing sector.
