abstract = {The rapid growth of solo female travel has created new challenges and opportunities within the hospitality industry. Safety, privacy, and comfort have emerged as critical determinants influencing hotel selection among women traveling alone. This study examines how hotel service practices and infrastructure design can be optimized to enhance safety for solo female travellers. Using a qualitative approach based on secondary data and conceptual analysis, the study identifies key risk areas, evaluates existing hotel practices, and proposes a three-layer safety framework. The findings reveal that safety is both a functional requirement and a psychological assurance that significantly influences guest satisfaction and loyalty. The study concludes with recommendations for hospitality providers to develop inclusive and secure environments.},
