abstract = {Education has shifted from a memorisation focused system to understanding and skill development focused. This paper explains how information technology enhances learning using reports by UNESCO and OECD. The findings show that IT supports personalised learning, improves understanding, and develops skills such as critical thinking and digital literacy, which are key for the future of students. However, its effectiveness depends on how balanced and purposeful it is used. A comparative analysis of learning outcomes with and without Information Technology integration indicates notable improvements in student engagement, digital literacy, personalized learning, and concept understanding},
