Parent Child Safety and Monitoring App

  • The rapid growth in smartphone adoption among children has introduced significant digital and physical safety concerns. Parents often lack real-time tools to monitor their child’s location, application usage behavior, and emergency situations. This project proposes and develops a Parent–Child Safety and Monitoring Android application that provides real-time GPS tracking, app usage monitoring, emergency alerts, and cloud-based synchronization using Firebase services. The system ensures secure authentication, privacy-aware monitoring, and role-based access between parent and child accounts. This report presents the system architecture, implementation methodology, database design, testing strategy, security model, results, and future enhancements of the proposed solution.
