abstract = {The way people track their diet, exercise, and general well-being has changed due to the explosive expansion of digital health tools. These days, intelligent wellness apps combine information from several aspects of living to provide tailored advice. This review introduces NutriMate, a conceptual AI-driven health companion that combines tailored dietary advice, physical activity tracking, mental wellness assessment, and nutrition tracking into a single solution. The study evaluates current digital nutrition solutions, examines recent developments in AI-based health systems, and draws attention to issues with data integrity, privacy, and user engagement. In order to enable sustainable and individualized health management, the paper ends with a discussion of how NutriMate overcomes present constraints using multimodal data processing, explainable AI methodologies, and adaptive recommendation models.},
