        abstract = {A male patient 47yrs old, married approach with vesicular eruption and ring shape lesion with center clearing at various places of body, the probable clinical diagnosis of tinea corporis and cruris get confirmed after doing KOH test, the confirmatory test for Tinea. After case taking the unique mental expression available in form of Forsaken feeling, Neglected feeling, Repression since very young age. This forsaken and neglected feeling he experiences in his life at various events like the behavior of step mother, behavior with patient at masjid and betrayal of wife in form of Extramarital Relationship and spendthrift behavior.
