Empowerment are the measures which are designed to increase the degree of sovereignty and self-rule in people that enable them to display their interests, passion in a responsible and autonomous way. It is the process of becoming more confident and stronger, especially in governing one's life and claiming one's rights.
In development, the role of women is associated to the goal of comprehensive socio-economic development. The responsibility of allocation of budget and funding for testing conceptual framework must be present at the root level to evaluate the performance of empowering women via IT.
