Abstract
Data Base Management System consists of a collection of interrelated data and a set of programs to access those data. The collection of data is database. These are designed to manage large bodies of information. This paper describes advanced aspects of database management system including Query processing, data modeling, data warehouse, mining, fuzzy dimensions, distributed database, XML and web application database. Aim of this paper is to introduce various ways of designing and implementing database systems, features and distributed databases.
