Abstract
The concept of Employee State Insurance is very useful to the employees for secure their social life. The purpose of this study is to identify the performance of the employee state insurance in India. The study used secondary data as sources and period consist of 5 years from 2013 to 2017. This study mainly focused on medical contingencies, such as sickness, maternity, death or disablement due to employment injury and occupational disease in India.
