Abstract
in this days, the merger and acquisition concepts are much important and also it’s a common word/ term for each company because to survival of the market/business and also to avoid the risks in the business filed and the company are looking at the profit and reputation in different ways. The main purpose of the study to identify the impact of the changes in Videocon groupsto lunch the new products give service and gain more profits from the customers in post-acquisition of Videocon industry ltd by Videocon international. This study used the descriptive tools and financial (mean, standard deviation, kurtosis and skewness) and t-test as the statistical tools and financial tool. The study period consisting of 5 years from 2013 to 2017.
