It is mostly changing corporate processes as well. In this new era of E-Commerce, it's critical to understand the consumer's perception of online shopping. As a consequence, E-tailers must be aware of and understand the relationship between service quality, customer satisfaction, trust, and purchasing behavior. These days, e-commerce, or online buying has become a more convenient and popular option for consumers. This one-of-a-kind purchasing approach is really unique.
