Abstract
This paper discusses the empirical study regarding work family conflict on job satisfaction. 100 IT professionals from the Indian IT industry participated in this study. Findings showed that work-family conflict is negatively correlated with job satisfaction. The results suggest that employees, who engage in remote work, do so more frequently, which leads to greater satisfaction with their jobs.
