Blending and screening of 1,8-naphthyridines is essential for antibacterial, antimalarial, antiviral, sedative, anticancer and anthelmintic activities. 1,3,4-thiadiazole derivatives have been widely accepted due to their antimicrobial, calming, pain relieving, and anti-anthelmintic activities.
