  • A pre experimental research design was adopted to evaluate the effectiveness of video assisted teaching programe on knowledge regarding management of intellectual disability among primary school teachers sixty teachers were selected through convenient sampling technique. The mean pre test score was 68.53. (SD 6.33), whereas in post test score was 84.4 (SD 5.3) respectively a statistical association (p<0.5) was found except age and gender. The VATP on knowledge about management of intellectual disability was effective in improving the knowledge of primary school teachers
